Tatjana

About the instructor

Tatjana is an aerial hoop instructor with more than 3 years of teaching experience in Riga. She also works with other aerial disciplines including loops, aerial net and straps. With a background in competitive swimming (2nd class) and education in healthy spine training, her classes focus on safe technique, strength, flexibility and body awareness. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate students — no prior experience needed.
