About the instructor

Hi, I'm Rufina, an instructor at the studio. Dance isn't just a hobby for me — it's part of my life and a way to express myself. I've been doing contemporary for 5 years, and for the last 4 years I've been actively developing in strip dance. I came to my first strip class at 15, and now at 19 I already have experience teaching girls of all levels. Many of my students come to me from scratch, unsure of themselves and their movement, and over time start to see themselves completely differently — freer, more confident, more feminine. That's what inspires me to teach. My goal is to help each one open up, feel real and find her own style. I believe you don't have to be "correct" in dance or fit anyone else's standards of beauty. What matters is being yourself and showing your emotions, character and inner world through movement. That's why I stay true to my own style and image, something my students often notice. In my classes the atmosphere is supportive, free and comfortable — every woman can feel beautiful, confident and real, no matter her experience.
