About the instructor

My name is Lera, and my dance journey began in Kyiv and has continued in Riga for the last four years. For me, dance is not only technique and elements — it is the ability to feel your body, understand movement and express yourself through it.

In my classes I pay special attention to plasticity, beautiful lines and mindful work with the whole body. It matters to me that every student doesn't just learn the choreography, but learns to move freely, confidently and harmoniously.

I believe dance helps reveal femininity, feel stronger and grow closer to your true self. That's why in my classes both physical preparation and the atmosphere matter — a space where you can relax, open up and truly enjoy the process.
