About the instructor

Laura is a Pole Tricks instructor with competition experience and award-winning placements in pole sport and pole art championships in Latvia. Her teaching focuses on proper technique, strength and safe skill development from the very beginning. She started pole dance in 2020, took 2nd place in pole art amateur at Fusion Pole champ in 2023, then 3rd in pole sport amateur at POSA, and this year placed 6th out of 18 in the Professional category at Fusion in Jūrmala. Her classes are suitable for both beginners and intermediate students who want to build strength, body control and confidence in a supportive atmosphere.
