About the instructor

Julia is the founder and owner of Golden One Studio — a Pole Exotic and Pole Tricks instructor with over 7 years of experience. She trained intensively with some of the leading teachers in Poland before moving to Riga and teaching in several dance studios across the city. She continuously develops her skills by attending workshops and training with international instructors. Her teaching style combines strong technique, aesthetics and storytelling through movement. Classes focus on safe technique, strength, flexibility, confidence and feminine expression. Julia creates both group and individual choreographies, and her students have performed in competitions and showcases.
