About the instructor

Aleksandrs is a Latvian gymnastics champion with many years of sports experience. He teaches both children and adults, helping students develop strength, coordination, flexibility and body control in a safe and positive atmosphere. His classes are full of movement, energy and support, making even challenging acrobatic elements accessible and enjoyable for students of all levels.
